Privacy Notice

Effective from 15 October 2026.
This notice explains how the Bitguruz Casinos information site handles personal data about the people who read it. It covers this site only. It does not cover the casino itself, which has its own arrangements for the data of its customers, and it does not cover any other website you reach by following a link from one of our pages.

Who is responsible for your data

The Bitguruz Casinos editorial team decides why and how personal data collected through this site is used, which makes it the controller for the purposes below. The team can be reached at [email protected]. That mailbox is the route for every privacy request, and one message is enough as long as it says which right you want to use and what the request concerns.

What we collect and when

This site has no accounts, no sign-up and no payment forms, and it cannot see anything from a casino account or from your payments. Nothing reaches us from you unless you choose to write. Two kinds of data arise automatically, and one arises by your choice.

What a message puts in our hands

A message is the only place where a name can reach us. If you choose to write to the editorial address, the mailbox receives your e-mail address and whatever you decide to put in the message, including a name if you give one. We use it to read the message and to reply. Please do not send payment card details, passwords or copies of identity documents. We never ask for them and have no use for them.

Technical data created by visiting a page

When a page loads, the server that delivers it normally records technical information such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and details of your browser and device. This data is needed to deliver the page, to keep the site running securely and to understand which subjects readers find useful.

Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to keep the site working and to measure how it is used in aggregate. Where a cookie is not strictly necessary for the page to work, we ask for your agreement first, and you can withdraw it later through your browser settings by deleting the cookies concerned.

We do not use personal data from this site to make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not build individual profiles of readers.

Who else receives data

Our service providers, such as hosting and e-mail services, process data on our instructions and only for the purposes above. We may disclose data where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect the site or other people from harm. We do not sell the personal data of readers.

Leaving for the casino

Pages on this site contain links to the Bitguruz casino. When you follow one, you leave our site, and anything you then enter on the casino’s pages, including registration details, is handled under the casino’s own terms and privacy arrangements. Our notice does not apply there. Read the casino’s own notice before you hand over any information to it.

Where data is processed

Some of our providers may handle data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism recognised under UK data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses, so that your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep data, and what happens to a document sent by mistake

We keep data only for as long as it serves the purpose for which it was collected. E-mail correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your message and for a reasonable time afterwards in case a follow-up arrives. Technical logs are kept for a short operational period and then deleted or reduced to aggregate figures. Where the law requires us to hold something for longer, we hold it for that period.
If you send an identity document or a card detail by mistake, ask for erasure through the editorial address. Such an attachment is not forwarded to the casino and is deleted on request. Access to the editorial mailbox is limited to the people who need it, and the providers we use apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data involved.

Your rights under UK data protection law

You have the right to:

  • be told whether we hold personal data about you and to receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have data erased in the circumstances the law sets out;
  • restrict how we use your data in certain cases;
  • object to processing that relies on our legitimate interest;
  • receive data you gave us in a portable format where that applies;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To use any of these rights, e-mail the editorial address. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it. There is no charge for an ordinary request.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection authority, whose website is ico.org.uk. You do not have to contact us first before complaining to it.

Children

This site is meant for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a young person has sent us information, write to the editorial address and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

When we change this notice, we update the effective date at the top of the page. Where a change materially alters how we use your data, we will make that clear on the page rather than relying on the date alone.
